JERUSALEM (AP) — Israel is determined to launch a ground offensive against Hamas in Rafah, Gaza's southernmost city, despite an international outcry and a ruling by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ordering Israel to open the Rafah crossing between Egypt and Gaza to let in aid. Israel says it must provide access for investigators.
Dozens of people were killed in Rafah in southern Gaza late Sunday in an Israeli airstrike on an area where displaced civilians were.
